About the Position:
Develop, document and analyze business processes and functional requirements.
Facilitate information gathering, structured documentation and presentation of findings to team.
Provide superior customer service and support to our fellow colleagues and business partners to maximize their efficient use of systems.
Assist with implementation of process changes and business system enhancements.
Continuously improve HR Systems processes and procedures.
Participate in the development of business cases.
Conduct analyses of functional business cases in the support of process changes and/or projects.
Audit and refinement of HR data; continually improving our data footprint.
Assist in system testing and quality assurance process for system upgrades and new module implementations.
Cross-functional experience on PeopleSoft is required.
Advanced knowledge of Excel is critical. For example, a VLOOKUP or pivot table should be standard practice.
Experience supporting and/or implementing functional processes and technical design.
Knowledge of SQL is essential.
Knowledge of HRIS system and practices associated with this area of organization.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret HR and related data.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
8-10 years Business Analyst and/or System experience.
