HR Technology Analyst

Location: Windsor Locks, CT
Pay Rate: $47.54/hr
Duration: 6 month contract
Shift: First
MUST be a U.S. CITIZEN; NO DUAL CITIZENSHIP
NO RELOCATION COMPENSATION

Description:

  • Bachelors degree required
    Supports functional changes and enhancements from development through production; recommending and implementing system enhancements. Develops new program specifications to support specific customer needs and system upgrades, including new releases and resolves problems with current systems.

  • Customer & Product Owner Liaison, primary contact

  • Interface between the HR Technology Group, its HR functional group customers and end users. Point of contact and responsible for responding to all HR Technology report and workflow process owner support requests.

  • Execute on simple and complex HR Technology and HRIS requests. Support team in ensuring business continuity and timely response to all inquiries.

  • Engage, interface with and work collaboratively with internal and external resources to troubleshoot, research and escalate issues, keeping end-users informed and ensure issues are addressed in a timely and quality manner.

  • In-House developed (My Workflow, Oracle SQL) web/database application development

  • Security Administration

  • Create and maintain documentation

  • Process improvement development and implementation opportunities.

Experience

  • Oracle SQL experience required

  • Experience with Company "MyWorkflow" platform highly desirable.

  • Customer, application and database support experience preferred.

  • Useful experience includes:

MS Access

MS Excel

Other MS Office

Other database

  • 1 or more years experience

  • Impeccable security and data protection credentials and mindset

  • HR data experience would be useful for an understanding of the sensitivity and impact surrounding HR Technology.

  • Exceptional customer and continuous improvement focus, evidenced by a track record of proactive identification and remedy of opportunities identified through customer partnership

  • Attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Quick and effective prioritization, execution and management of expectations in a fast paced, high volume work environment

  • Ability to work independently, requiring minimal direction
