Requirements / Qualifications

High School Diploma College Degree Preferred Minimum three years of full-time clerical experience, including at least two years of experience performing technical human resources tasks

Resume Letter of Introduction Three (3) letters of recommendation TB Clearance (upon hire)

Seeking qualified candidates to support Pacific Charter Institute's Human Resource Department. This position performs varied and complex technical and clerical support to the staff of Pacific Charter Institute.

The HR Technician completes human resource functions for all staff under PCI. The HR Technician follows PCI policies and procedures to complete tasks following personnel practices and current legislation and laws. We are looking for a candidate who is an expert in creating and maintaining spreadsheets, scheduling meetings and communicating with the entire PCI staff.

Attention to detail is a must! This is a confidential position and will be processing sensitive employee information and maintaining personnel files. Pacific Charter Institute offers a unique instructional model serving homeschool and independent study students across 16 counties through Heritage Peak Charter School, Rio Valley Charter School, Valley View Charter Prep, Sutter Peak Charter Academy and New Pacific School-Roseville.
