HR Talent Intern- Summer 2024

Our Talent intern will perform work in Talent Acquisition and will be exposed to our HR Operations Team.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate recruitment processes such as job postings, interview scheduling and offer preparations.

• Source candidates based on role qualifications through Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

• Draft and coordinate review of social media posts for hard to fill positions.

• Collect important employment information for candidates to support the offer process.

• Provides operational and administrative support to multiple HR partners through tasks coordinated through email and ticketing system.

• Information maintenance including hire, termination, employment change, pay and benefits.

• Assists with orientation, I9 & E-Verify processes, and conducts drug screens.

What it Takes

In order to be eligible for this elite opportunity you must meet the following criteria:

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, communications, psychology, human resources, or another related field.

• Obtain a minimum in-major GPA of 3.00

• Graduation in Fall of 2025 or Spring of 2026

• Experience with Workday HCM a plus

• Ability to work in a team atmosphere

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Sentry does not offer employment in this position to holders of F-1, J-1 and H-1 Visas for the purpose of obtaining practical experience
