Job Purpose:

The Human Resources Talent Administrator plays a crucial role in the HR Talent team. This position involves providing support for important processes such as hiring, performance management, compliance, and participation in projects which may include documentation and training. The Human Resource Talent Administrator will work with other departments to support administrative activities that align with business needs and engagement. This is a hybrid role.

Essential Duties:

  • Responsibilities include updating job descriptions, headcount requests, requisitions, scorecards, and hiring procedures.

  • Assisting with performance and development, selecting training requests, hiring initiatives, reporting, and presentations.

  • Collaborating with the HR team to review attendance infractions, timecard entries, disciplinary actions, and intake of employee concerns.

  • Conducting and analyzing exit interviews to identify trends and provide suggestions for improvement.

  • Responsible for participating in and completing special projects as assigned.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Stay updated on legislative changes, HR trends, and best practices to suggest improvements to employee experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Must be organized and work well in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline
  • 1+ years of experience administering general Human Resource duties.
  • HR Certification

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment.

  • Occasionally may need to reach, stoop, or kneel.
