The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative, technical and general support for the Talent Acquisition Team.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assist with implementation of the corporate Recruiting and New Team Member Policies and Procedures.
Assist with interview scheduling logistics for phone screenings, interviews and follow up.
Manage onboarding; including pre-hire checks, verifications, internal communications, new hire set up and off-boarding; including notifications and document preparation.
Processes status changes for internal employees and draft status change letters.
Assist with recruiting marketing/advertising campaigns including social media, job fairs, and TRHC website.
Oversee the Summer Internship Program, hiring, on and off boarding.
Coordinate CEO new hire orientation when requested.
Assist in sourcing and building a pipeline of qualified candidates and recruit top talent and supplement recruiters for various positions across the company.
Track Employee Referral incentives and partner with payroll to process bonus payment.
Complete HR and administrative related projects as needed.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally through written, verbal, and interpersonal skills as applied when interacting with employees, clients, or agency representatives.
Highly competent MS Office (especially Excel), Outlook.
Creative, proactive and big-picture oriented.
Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and excel at building rapport with people at many levels.
Must be highly independent and take ownership for projects and responsibilities.
Must be trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information and situations with discretion and confidentiality.
