Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Systems Analyst to join our HR Technology team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and optimizing Workday HCM modules, including Recruiting, Compensation, Talent Management, and Performance Management. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of Workday HCM systems across all functional areas globally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct requirement gathering sessions to capture functional, data, integration, and reporting needs for Workday HCM modules.
Configure and optimize most Workday modules, including Recruiting, Compensation, Talent Management, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence based on business requirements.
Design, configure, and update Workday Business Processes (BPs) for all countries.
Lead global maintenance and support activities, including performing functional analysis on new releases, resolving issues, and leading module-specific enhancements.
Load module-specific data into Workday using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs).
Configure Workday security within the functional area to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Develop and build reports and analytics to provide insights into HR metrics and trends.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, integration documents, and training materials.
Provide support for various other HR systems as needed.
