Job Title: HR Systems Analyst I

The HR Technology Analyst is responsible for providing production support to include, troubleshooting processed transactions, providing HR metrics and analytics. This role will also maintain HR data accuracy in all HR Systems (i.e. ADP, iCIMS, TMM); respond to customer requests; develop and maintain business process documentations and provide system trainings. This position will report to the HR Technology Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end user support and provide ongoing training to end users for all HR Systems

  • Shared responsibility for day-to-day administration of HR Systems

  • Lead or participate in system change, enhancement, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Support rollouts or integrations by playing BA, PM, Tester or documenter role.

  • Continuously improve user experience and system value add.

  • Performs data updates, imports, clean-ups and researches/reports on any data discrepancies

  • Develop and update business process documentation and training material to keep current with module changes and issue resolution

  • Use Excel to provide specialized reporting and metrics.

  • Enhance talent data analytics and reporting workflows.

  • Stay abreast of vendor roadmap, industry landscape, and participate in customer community.

  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues to HRIS Manager, IT or external vendors (ADP, ICIMS, etc.) and follow tickets through resolution.

  • Work on problems of diverse scope, requiring analysis of best alternatives.

  • Maintain confidentiality on all issues work related absolutely essential.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

The preferred candidate will have a solid understanding the company's entire hiring process. The System Administrator will be required to attend specific training for this role and will be an expert user of the ATS system.

  • Minimum 3-5 years working in an HRIS capacity

  • Demonstrated capability in MS Suite, specifically Excel for reporting and data manipulations, and PowerPoint for conducting trainings

  • Experience creating reports or working with HR Data or metrics.

  • Experience with systems integration and the ability to account for downstream impact of updates/changes.

  • Supports the HRIS system(s) including any system implementations, workflows and processes, database management, configurations, upgrades enhancements, assigning user security roles and permissions, and special system setup.

  • Knowledge of ADP, ICIMS is highly preferred

  • Self-Motivated.

  • Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Ability to work in a virtual team and fast-paced, flexible environment

  • Must be detail oriented.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with all levels of management.

  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to complete high priority projects and activities with time sensitive deadlines.

The Data Analyst will liaise with data owners, become expert in relevant data systems, and manipulate and analyze complex data to produce decision-supporting results for Navy leaders.
