The Senior Human Resources Representative role demonstrates elevated expertise and is responsible for providing leader support for an array of HR operations tasks. This support is provided through dedicated Leader Line phone coverage as well as responding to leader inquiries submitted through our online platform. This role will also work on special assignments and projects, as needed.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: Professional knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree and two years of relevant work experience.
License/Certifications: N/A
Experience: See "Education." Minimum of two years of HR experience.
Demonstrates strong analytical abilities.
Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills when supporting leadership.
Takes a logical, analytical approach to problem solving and pays close attention to detail.
Strong business literacy skills in both verbal and written communication.
Self-directed, motivated and diplomatic.
Basic understanding of multiple human resource disciplines including workforce planning, employee relations, compensation practices, training, union avoidance, diversity, performance management, federal and state employment laws.
