Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a HR Strategic Program Manager

  • PSJH to our location in Seattle, WA.

We are seeking a HR Strategic Program Manager

  • PSJH to serve as consultant and strategic thought partner for senior field HR and operational leaders to design talent solutions that drive business objectives. Anticipates HR implications of evolving business needs and direction and recommends actions to be taken. Collaborates with COE resources to deliver enterprise level designed people programs that enable quadruple aim outcomes. Role includes accountability for local (regional or service line) talent solutions design, implementation, change management and continuous improvement post implementation. May serve as liaison to COEs for guidance and support on implementation, communications and change management for COE led initiatives and programs.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Contributes to the business strategy by helping field hr and business leaders identify, and build organizational capabilities.

  • Identifies and drives the sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement.

  • In collaboration with COE's, uses internal and external resources & tools to design and facilitate implementation of talent initiatives such as workforce planning and organization design, that support and enable organization objectives.

  • Interprets HR data and recommends solutions based on the analysis.

  • Facilitates implementation of enterprise level HR strategies and initiatives to ensure localized change management and communication plans.

  • Serves as a consultant to COEs and initiative leaders regarding HR region, facility or service line business needs, cultures, change and communication requirements.

  • Provides training or facilitates events to educate HR teams on new initiatives and strategies.

  • Supports the orientation and assimilation of new HR team members by assisting the HR manager or director with assimilation plan development and through direct delivery of training on HR resources, systems and protocols.

  • Reports directly to the CHRO

  • A key member of the Swedish HR leadership team, responsible for designing and implementing the people strategy for the region

  • Key strategic partner, engaged in design and implementation for PSJH system initiatives

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, HR management, or related field Or equivalent educ/experience.

  • 8 years Professional human resources or related experience.

  • Demonstrated planning and project oversight/management skills.

  • Ability to use understanding of major business functions, industry trends, and the organization's position to contribute to effective business strategies and tactics

  • Abitlity to coach and consult as evidenced by providing timely guidance and feedback to help teams with talent management needs and capability gaps.

  • Demonstrates excellent technical and professional human resources generalist skills and knowledge; keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Master's Degree in Business administration, HR management, or related field.

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Program Manager Behavioral Health-Telehealth to serve as a resource promoting the understanding, integration and application of telemedicine in healthcare settings. The Sr CPM acts as a liaison between the system Telehealth service line(s) and partner telemedicine sites, leading clinical standardization and processes. In this position you will have the following responsibilities: * Promotes highest attainable quality in the use of telemedicine * Stays current with telemedicine regulatory standards for assigned services and or region * Frequently updates knowledge regarding adult learning methodology and issues and actively seeks opportunities to apply this knowledge to practice * Partners with Clinical Operations Executive Director, Medical Director and service line leader to design efficient integration of telemedicine service line into patient care processes * Manages clinical service line protocol creation and modification to assure program quality * Partners with clinical leaders at partner sites to address clinical quality care initiatives and as appropriate with medical director(s). * Collaborates with Clinical Operations Executive Director, Medical Director and Service line Leader to establish service line KPIs * Collaborates with data analyst, and leadership to create and maintain clinical database to include conducting chart reviews Required qualifications for this position include: * Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare * RN or MSW (RN not required) Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker or a Licensed Psychologist with current license and meeting all state requirements to maintain licensure in state where licensed to practice * 5 years work related experience. * 5 years leadership skills and an ability to interact well across departments, facilities, and organizations. * Excellent program management skills to effectively provide broad clinical and quality oversight while maintaining fiscal viability and success of program. * Excellent leadership skills * Thorough working knowledge of healthcare and hospital operation * Ability to work with administrators, clinicians, technology staff and other disciplines. * Strong Project Management skills with the ability to develop structures and processes to manage complex, interdependent work efforts * Ability to implement programs on-time, on-budget, and within organizational guidelines. * Anticipates and takes personal responsibility for customer satisfaction * Consistently goes out of the way to listen, understand, and support the needs of others in a sensitive manner * Performs challenging tasks efficiently and effectively. * Anticipates problems and takes corrective action prior to completing the task. * Sets challenging objectives and works against self-defined standards of excellence to continually improve personal performance. * Demonstrated planning and project management skills * Proven ability to set technology strategy * Ability to plan and coordinate large-scale initiatives. * Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical skills. * Proven collaboration skills and ability to work effectively to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and executive management through positive interaction * Proven ability to organize multiple projects, schedules, demand and to meet shifting priorities * Demonstrated ability to study, understand, adapt and respond effectively to a constantly changing environment. * Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of individuals * Listens with sensitivity and openness * Actively seeks constructive feedback and remains open and receptive to it * Anticipates the information needs of others * Proven skills in communicating with technical staff, and customers. * Performs challenging tasks efficiently and effectively Preferred qualifications for this position include: * Masters of Social Work or Doctorate of Psychology from an accredited University Or equivalent educ/experience. * 3 years prior and current experience within Telehealth industry * 5 years management experience in both ambulatory and acute setting in the care mental health/substance abuse services.
