The Human Resources Specialist, Regional Service Center is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support for a designated group of hospitals.
Responsible for serving employees who contact the Service Center through a variety of communication channels including phone, e-mail, fax and web self-service.
In this role, the Service Center will often provide the first and often, the most lasting impression of the Company, and therefore must be dedicated to the highest standards for service, professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency as well as an appropriate sense of urgency.
The HR Specialist will complete the following duties:
Receive and respond to HR services inquiries and requests with timely, accurate, and professional responses while managing multiple contact channels
Process employee onboarding, offboarding, leave of absence management, employee data maintenance and payroll/timekeeping.
Review, produce and manage data and reports.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education:High School or GED equivalency; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience:Minimum 1 year of related experience
Skills and Abilities:Experience with HRIS systems (Lawson, preferred); Experience in an HR service environment
