A national company located downtown Indianapolis is needing an interim candidate to assist the leadership of the purchasing and procurement staff, on a Part-Time basis. This position will require collaboration with other departments and senior management to maximize strategic and operational success. Responsibilities:
1. Add/Modify vendor records within DAX 2. Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders within DAX 3. Assist in handling inquiries from national office around use of purchase requisition entry in DAX 4. Assist Procurement Coordinator in managing the Quantity Price Variance Queue within Web Now and make necessary changes to the respective PO within DAX 5. Assist Procurement Coordinator with managing Travel Expense System (TES) membership changes to DAX vendor records 6. Assist Procurement Coordinator in administration of bank change validation process for DAX vendor records Please forward your resume to Harriet Reed()
Must have proficiency level of Microsoft Excel Proficient in ERP software, experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (DAX) a must have. Must possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to grasp extensive knowledge while dealing with a variety of people. Must have strong organizational and time management skills. Must have 3-5 years of Purchasing and Procurement
