Looking for someone at the professional level to support higher level labor relations functions. Labor contract interpretation, grievance process administration, investigations,

Knowledgeable and capable in a specific sub-discipline of HR that could include the following:

• Benefits

• Compensation

• Employee Relations

• Recruitment

• Labor Relations

• EEO, Executive Programs, Management Development, or Special Programs.

Liaison between all Human Resources functions and line management.

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: At least 6-9 years of relevant experience

Citizenship: Must be US Citizen or US Person

Schedule: M-F CORE HOURS 8AM-5PM

Overtime: Dependent on business needs and prior approval from manager.
