Provide employees and managers support and guidance for a range of Human Resources support services, and conducts human resources transactions, processes and programs accurately and efficiently within area of HR functional expertise. Acts as a resource with internal HR team and works collaboratively to share ideas that drive improvements, while fostering a workplace that ensures HR procedures run effectively and consistently.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. 2-3 years human resources experience or directly transferable experience.Demonstrated knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of human resources. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Strong attention to detail. Established ability to achieve results with efficiency and effectiveness. Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities. Effective time management and organization skills

Learn more at About the job As Campaign Specialist, you will focus on generating sales leads for our B2B products through content marketing, advertising and on- and offline events. You will focus on marketing activity designed to reach HR professionals primarily in North America, but your responsibilities may vary over time. Position Responsibilities: * Deliver qualified sales leads for B2B team * Develop content marketing and collateral - research, commission and design engaging content * Run lead-generation campaigns across digital media, with support from the central digital team * Run live events for lead generation as appropriate - online and offline * Develop and commission video content to engage our audience * Report regularly on activity and campaign success * Work effectively in a heavily cross functional, fast-paced environment, especially working across global functions (Portfolio, Tech, Global Marketing) and local/Geo functions (Sales, Marketing, Product). * Gather, synthesize, and share market and customer insights to fuel innovation, to position products and service offerings at the segment/discipline level, to anticipate course trends, to identify new market opportunities, and ultimately to inform product strategy and investment decisions. * Conduct comparative analyses of incumbent and emerging competitors in order to position our products and campaigns for aggressive disruption. * Preserve brand fidelity and delivering a consistent approach to branding and customer experience across all product categories.
