As a Human Resources (HR) Solutions Delivery Advisor, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective HR operational strategies that drive business results. You will direct multiple HR initiatives and projects simultaneously from initial planning of tasks and deadlines to project completion.
You will drive special projects in collaboration with HR COEs, including Labor Relations, HR Analytics, Engagement and Change Management and colleague development. You will leverage deep cross-functional relationships to ensure solutions and initiatives are effectively designed and implemented.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will design and drive HR-supported programs and projects that align to key business initiatives.
You will contribute to the design, development, modification, and implementation of HR transformation solutions.
You will support inter-and-intra HR collaboration efforts by managing alignment and multi-business HR Project work, including implementation of Performance Management, Compensation and Talent Review Cycle for Business Unit (s) by partnering with HRBPs.
You will ensure effectiveness of the HR operations by analyzing and interpreting reports and performing diagnostic assessments to identify and assess complex problems and deliver sustainable solutions.
You will serve as HR SME on HR and COE task forces, standing committees (i.e., compliance) and projects, providing the POV of business.
You have 5+ years experience in Human Resources.
You can travel up to 15% of the time, as needed, per business needs.
You have strong time management and project management skills with the ability to effectively run multiple projects and priorities.
You have a demonstrated business acumen and can link HR activities to key initiatives.
You have strong facilitation and consultative skills to influence decision-making.
You have a proven ability to deal with highly confidential information.
You can communicate effectively with all levels and prepare effective written documents.
You can build and execute effective programs and processes, monitor results and drive continuous improvement.
You have a sense of urgency and drive for results.
You can work across multiple functions within a matrix environment.
You have a demonstrable ability to consult with, partner and influence leaders across the organization.
You are responsive, with strong interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills.
You are a strong collaborator and teammate.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
Master's Degree preferred.
