JOB PURPOSE:

Serves as an applicant and visitor greeter in a Regional Front Office. Maintains detailed and complex

human resource records in accordance with policies and procedures. Provides administrative support

including calendar management as needed for HR Directors in Regional Office. Ensures that all required

data, certificates and licenses have been gathered to support the application of individuals for positions.

Prepares and provides marketing packets to applicant visiting the Regional Office. Process and maintain

broken employee contracts & bonuses, manage collection of repayments through final paycheck and

outreach efforts. Triages HR issues or questions as appropriate.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

One (1) year of HR work experience, preferably for a large employer, is required.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:

None.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Word processing and computer spreadsheet skills.

Good organizational and scheduling skills.

Detail-oriented, with good interpersonal and telephone skills and ability to deal with interruptions and

shifting priorities.

Demonstrated mathematical ability, particularly in working with expense reports and budgets.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Must be detail-orientated, organized, logical and tactful.

Previous benefits administration experience and current knowledge of benefits related laws and

regulations preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, particularly telephone skills.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize own work is required, as is the ability to deal with continual interruptions

VIEW JOBS 4/18/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-07-17T00:00 POSITION PURPOSE The HRSC Process Analyst will be responsible for process development, documentation and workflow for the HR Service Center. The Process Analyst will support HRSC initiatives and work closely with business partners to drive completion of key project deliverables. Understanding of the HR Shared Services business model including both field and contact center process and how they interact. Common responsibilities include defining and mapping HR Processes, develop functional requirements to meet business objectives to include tech/telephony/call handling/escalation protocol and make recommendation on time-line for comprehensive mapping. Develop ST/MT/LT plan of action to address process deficiencies and gaps - ensure 'quick wins' match operational priorities. This position shares responsibility with the Process Leadership team for the successful delivery of HRSC projects as well as overall process design. MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES * 40%- Utilize strategic thinking to see the big picture, determine the problem and understand fundamental parts of the problem. Identify process, project risk and mitigate accordingly. Facilitate process workflow modeling. * 30%- Prepare and deliver insights and recommendations based on analysis, extract reports and provide high level review of data. Synthesize findings from analysis and make written/verbal recommendations to Sr. Leadership. Ability to draw conclusions from internal/external data. * 20%- Facilitate workout problem solving sessions with multiple groups of people, to include HR business liaison's to validate business case study for new requests to support system/process requests for use in the prioritization process * 10%- Ensures that all systems and process impacts are identified and transitioned to Change Management (CM), Training and knowledge base (KB) teams in a timely manner NATURE AND SCOPE * Reports to Sr Manager, HR Services. * This position has no direct reports. ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Environment: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Travel: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Must be eighteen years of age or older. * Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Education Required: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. Years of Relevant Work Experience: 2 years Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
