HR Services Manager (Training, Quality and Metrics)

The HR Services - Training, Quality and Metrics Manager will be instrumental in leading a team responsible for developing and conducting training programs, performing quality checks and audits on HR processes, and creating and analyzing metrics and dashboards. The Manager will have a solid background in HR processes, training development, quality assurance, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership, Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead, run, and mentor a team of HR Services associates involve in training, quality and metrics

  • Assess team performance and deliver valuable feedback for improvement

  • Collaborate with various HR teams and business units to align training, quality, and metrics with organizational goals

Training Program Development & Implementation

  • Be responsible for the design and delivery of training programs for HR Services

  • Identify training needs and ensure that training materials are current and effective

Quality Assurance & Process Auditing

  • Lead the quality control and audit functions within HR processes and create and implement quality standards and procedures

  • Analyze audit findings and make recommendations for process improvements

Metrics & Analytics

  • Lead the development and maintenance of HR metrics and dashboards

  • Analyze data to identify trends, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations

  • Present regular reports to HR leadership on key performance indicators

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives on HR Services

  • Facilitate process improvement workshops and initiatives

  • Be up to date with industry trends and standard methodologies in HR operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

  • Demonstrable track record in training development, quality assurance, and metrics analysis in an HR context

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for training, coaching, and developing others

  • Proficient in data analysis, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to multitask and lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment!
