JOB SUMMARY

The HR Services and HRIS Associate will be a part of a Global HR team providing a full all spectrum of HR administration and HR information systems data support to all SPX FLOW locations globally.

Responsibilities for this role include management and maintenance of data within the HR system of record, data auditing and reporting, HR metrics coordination and assisting with a variety of HR generalist projects. This role may assume additional duties as needed.

The successful candidate should be detail oriented, handle confidential information in a sensitive manner and work well with others. Additionally, they must have a strong customer service mindset and be able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels throughout the organization.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support day-to-day HR Administration activities as required and requested.

  • First point of contact for all HR process inquiries via telephone, email, ticketing system and Teams.

  • Support line managers to follow processes and promote data accuracy.

  • Build and manage relationships with local and regional HR Business Partners.

  • Maintenance of both active and historic employee files.

  • Manage and maintain the HR system of record (SuccessFactors).

  • Enter employee and/or organizational updates into SuccessFactors including, but not limited to, position management changes, new hire, pay changes, bonus amendments and terminations.

  • Generate offer letters or any other HR related documentation.

  • Initiate background check process with vendor and monitor for completion. Follow up with candidates and local HR for additional information requests.

  • Maintain and update HR processes and procedures as required.

  • Basic data entry and corrections within the HR Information System.

  • General HR Information Systems ticket management based on volumes, generate reports and analyze data to support HR and business objectives.

  • Contribute to HR Information Systems planned process improvements such as tracking leave of absence, improving bonus plan management, Data governance review, Contingent Worker clean up, access review and clean up.

  • Accurate data reporting provided to customers, both scheduled and ad-hoc requests.

  • Look at ways of continuously improving the service and document these improvements accordingly.

  • Identify and implement process and/or service improvements and documents accordingly.

  • Keep up to date with SPX FLOW business operational news.

  • Communicate best practices with team and encourage a culture of collaboration and teamwork.

  • Ensure Service SLAs are adhered to & KPIs are met

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • General understanding of Human Resource concepts, practices and procedures.

  • Experience with Microsoft suite of products, specifically POWERBI.

  • Experience in data entry and handling confidential and sensitive data.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage challenging customers in an understanding and professional manner.

  • Familiarity with HR practices, including basic data management, reporting concepts, and compliance.

  • Basic understanding of HR systems and their configuration is a benefit, along with a willingness to learn and grow in this area.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Associated Degree and/or relevant work experience.

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration, preferably with some experience in Shared Service Centre environment.

  • Experience working in an HR Information Systems environment, ideally with some knowledge of SuccessFactors, or other HR systems.

Working conditions are normal for an office and/or client site workshop or warehousing facility. The noise level in the work environment is moderately quiet, however local and client sites can be unpredictable and associated safety equipment should be worn accordingly.

Anticipated salary range for this position: $63,300/yr to $88,080/yr. The anticipated salary range is what we believe to be the likely base salary range for this position at the time of posting. Actual salary for this position will depend on relevant qualifications, skills, and experience.
