LOCATION: (hybrid - 8 days in office per month) - Riverwoods IL, New York City NY, Atlanta GA, St. Cloud MN, Dallas TX, or Madison WI
OVERVIEW
You will manage a high volume specialized total rewards tasks including compensation, benefits, and organization change requests. You will work with applicable Centers of Excellence, HR Operations Specialists, and HR Partners to ensure alignment on delivery and administration of work. You will report to the Manager, HR Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and approve job changes, including promotions, demotions, and lateral moves, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
Complete Global Career Framework (GCF) mapping ensuring alignment with GCF guidance and approval
Supports job family/profile creation/modification in collaboration with Rewards COE to align compensation strategies
Update and maintain employee job leveling and related data clean-up tasks, particularly during mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations to ensure accuracy and consistency
Conduct audits of vacant positions in Workday and validate findings with business and Finance stakeholders
Close positions based on manager queries or audit results to maintain data integrity and accuracy
Maintains in-depth knowledge of policies and practices which support Workday case resolution related to Total Rewards focused on best-in-class employee experience
Prepare separation agreements and severance calculations as needed for involuntary separations
Support year end activities by assisting managers with validation and approval of promotions
Complete HRIS templates and coordinate with HRIS team for data input
Provide proactive and reactive support on local reward processes and programs, ensuring clear communication and timely assistance to employees and managers
Responds and provides analysis on complex employee questions and requests related to total rewards and conducts research in order to avoid escalation
Maintain relevant and up-to-date total rewards content/resources providing employee direct access to up to date total rewards information
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of HR or relevant experience including 1 years of rewards, reporting and analysis experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; advanced Proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to use formulas, create pivots and charts, and design complex templates for analytics
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a deliberate sense of urgency, an action-oriented proactive nature and responsiveness with a commitment to high quality deliverables
