The HR Reporting and Data Analyst will be responsible for report generation, data analysis, and collaborating with HR, IT and business stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions while maintaining a high level of data integrity. This individual will support all reporting and data-related activities and work closely with the HRIS team to support other relevant tasks, as needed.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY & DUTIES:
Use existing HR systems to develop and deliver ad hoc, recurring, and on-demand / self-service reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintain data integrity and compliance by running reports, auditing and analyzing information and troubleshooting errors.
Train leaders, associates, and HR community on reporting functionality.
Support implementation of reporting governance activities including inventory of reports, dashboards and calculated fields, standard naming conventions, security reviews, and support of other oversight activities.
Support new system implementations, upgrades and software releases from the reporting standpoint including making updates and testing.
Attend conferences, webinars and trainings to understand the future direction or trends for reporting and analytics.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in an HRIS or HR Analyst role, with an emphasis on reporting and extracting data from systems.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience designing and developing custom reports within one or more of the following tools: SAP HCM, Successfactors Employee Central, SuccessFactors Talent Management Suite, SAP HANA, Webi, SAP Lumira, or Tableau.
Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work with and handle confidential information in a professional manner.
Organization skills, including flexibility, thoroughness, accuracy and attention to detail.
Must possess strong analytical skills.
