Summary:
The role of the Human Resources Recruitment Technician includes assisting the Human Resources Recruiters with the recruitment cycle to ensure the smooth and timely filling of vacant positions. The HR Recruitment Technician works directly with the Senior Recruiter and the Director of Recruitment with responsibility for new hire paperwork, screening of applicants, and oversight of the internship and job shadow programs at Covenant HealthCare.

Responsibilities:
Assists HR Recruiters by reviewing and pulling applications that meet specific criteria. Supports screening of qualified applicants.
Maintains up-to-date files of prescreened applicants for future positions.
Assists HR Support Associates with new hire paperwork processes.
Supports coverage of the Human Resources front desk, when necessary.
Ensures that employment policies and procedures are followed according to legal compliance.
Reviews and analyzes data related to hiring at Covenant including turnover, vacancy, and time to fill reports.
May assist in scheduling interview appointments, pre-employment tracking, and administering reference checks.
Supports interviewing processes, when appropriate.
Provides support for New Employee Orientation and other onboarding processes and communication.
Assists with analysis of exit interview data.
Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Associate degree in human resources, related field or minimum two years relevant work experience required.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
1 to 3 years of recruitment and hiring experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of standard office equipment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated organizational skills.
Sound judgment in handling confidential or sensitive issues and material.
Project a positive and energetic image.
Public speaking ability is strongly desired.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to maintain punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
