HR Recruitment Coordinator for Wingspan Care Group

Wingspan Care Group is looking to add a HR Recruitment Coordinator to our growing team. As the HR Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping to create and maintain a full and robust pipeline of suitable candidates for potential employment with Wingspan Care Group and its subsidiaries. You will assist in using on-line recruiting resources, social media outlets, searches and related resources to identify and recruit passive candidates for a wide array of current and future roles. You will also assist in the overall responsibility of maintaining all employee files, ensuring compliance of all applicable regulations and laws, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.
Pre-screen and qualify candidates and present to Recruiter for further consideration.
Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to passive candidates about the Agency and potential opportunities.
Review and complete with assigned Recruiter the detailed employment requisitions, ensuring an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements.
Processes all new employee paperwork and collaborates with Recruiter to ensure that all new employees have all paperwork in place before attending orientation, g., contacting candidates, medical facilities and hiring managers to certify all forms and paperwork are completed and up-to-date.
Ensure that Agency employee files are in compliance with licensing and accreditation standards and applicable laws.
Assist in maintaining all online job postings; including conducting reviews (minimally annually) to determine the best job posting boards and analysis of return on each job board.
Stay informed of trends and innovative sourcing techniques in order to be competitive in State-of-the-Art recruiting practices.
Assist the HR Recruiters as assigned.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related discipline.
0-2 years' work or internship experience in Human Resources or HR Recruiting
Must be able to manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
Excellent project management, writing, and oral communications skills.
Demonstrated ability to command the respect of senior level leaders and hiring managers.
Ability to travel as required.
Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
