Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process, including collaborating with staffing agencies, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting various HR activities. The HR Recruiting Coordinator will be involved in searching and identifying suitable candidates for AOI. Working closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers, this position plays a key role in building a robust candidate pipeline and ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for various positions. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of proactive sourcing skills, relationship-building abilities, and a strong understanding of the talent market. The ideal candidate should have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative experience.
Responsibilities
Support the delivery of a quality full cycle recruitment service and contribute to the recruitment strategy and objectives
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
Coordinate with external staffing agencies to source qualified candidates for open positions
Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, social platforms and professional networks)
Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through initial conversations and screening processes
Provide detailed and relevant information to recruiters and hiring managers
Initiate contact with passive candidates and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future opportunities
Foster relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and talent market dynamics to provide insights and recommendations for talent acquisition strategies
Preparation, processing, and maintenance of documents in support of immigration sponsorship requests for H-1B, and permanent residence applications
Preparation and process candidate interview reimbursements
Assists and prepares correspondence as requested
Assists in planning employee events and activities
Other HR tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, business administration, liberal arts, or similar discipline
2+ years experience in HR and recruiting or similar role in engineering or manufacturing organization
Experience in recruitment coordination
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Proficient in MS Office applications
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) ClearCompany a plus
Proficiency in Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
Familiar with ADP WorkforceNow or other HRIS
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments with competing priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly with candidate and employees
Bilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Mandarin Chinese is preferred
Location
This position will be on-site based in Sugar Land, Texas.
