Human Resources Recruiter

Our wide variety of positions include commercial truck tire technicians, delivery drivers, truck and lube technicians, warehouse, manufacturing, sales, and general office.
Responsibilities include:
Designing and implementing innovative sourcing and networking strategies to identify, attract, and retain top talent
Coordinating campus recruiting and other community recruiting events
Collaborating with Marketing, HR, and the leadership team to maintain and refresh the recruitment brand identity
Conducting intake calls and working closely with hiring managers to ensure all recruiting needs are met
Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for consideration
Assessing culture fit to ensure support of our core values and the STO Way
Creating a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
Managing the offer and onboarding process by collaborating with the HR team and hiring managers
Coordinating the pre-employment screening process
Developing a talent pipeline for future hiring opportunities
Staying current on talent acquisition trends and implementing best-in-class recruiting and retention practices
Managing the administrative duties related to recruiting, including the requisition process, developing job postings, conducting reference checks, scheduling interviews, and maintaining regular communication with candidates
Managing the applicant tracking system
Tracking and reporting key metrics
Managing relationships with 3rd party recruiting resources (RPO partner, job boards, staffing companies, schools)
Qualifications:
3+ years of recruiting experience
Demonstrated success in recruiting production and other high labor jobs
High sense of urgency and strong organizational skills
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage high volume requisition load
Self-directed and a creative thinker
Experienced with social media platforms and ATS databases
Recruiting for positions in commercial trucking industry is helpful but not required
