Job Description Job Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the non-profit industry, based in Azusa, California. We're in search of an HR Recruiter. As an HR Recruiter, you will be tasked with managing the recruitment process, from setting up interviews to conducting background checks. Responsibilities: • Utilize various recruitment tools such as Careerbuilder and Applicant Track System to source potential candidates. • Set up interviews, which may involve 10% travel. • Conduct thorough background checks on potential hires. • Oversee and manage the use of ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now. • Maintain consistent communication with potential hires using CRM. • Assist in benefit functions and use About Time software to manage time tracking. • Manage the recruitment process for entry-level positions. • Maintain a proactive approach to identify and resolve potential issues. • Ensure the maintenance of accurate records in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode system.• Minimum of one year experience in a Human Resources role within the non-profit sector • Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services for HR-related tasks • Experience with ADP Workforce Now software • Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode • Ability to effectively use Careerbuilder for recruitment • Proficient with CRM systems to manage and analyze customer interactions and data • Experience with About Time software • Proficient in Applicant Track System for managing recruitment processes • Experience conducting Background Checks on potential employees • Knowledge of Benefit Functions, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
