Responsibilities • Utilizing ATS for efficient applicant tracking and management. • Conducting phone screenings and setting up interviews, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. • Performing data entry tasks with precision, ensuring the maintenance of accurate records. • Utilizing tools such as Google Sheets and Excel to manage and organize data. • Handling confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity. • Adjusting to changes in processes as directed and maintaining a flexible approach to work. • Conducting background checks as part of the recruitment process. • Leveraging CRM for efficient candidate relationship management. • Ensuring effective communication within the team and with potential candidates. • Utilizing software such as ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various HR functions. • Position Title: HR Recruiter • Required Years of Experience: 2 or more • Necessary Skills and Competencies: • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now • Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode • Experience with Careerbuilder • Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) • Knowledge of About Time software • Experience with Applicant Track System • Ability to conduct Background Checks • Understanding of Benefit Functions • Excellent Communication skills
