Job Description Job Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a HR Recruiter in Santa Ana, California. This role is primarily remote with the possibility of on-site work for two days a week.
The job function lies within the industry of recruitment and human resources, focused on managing the hiring process for our newly established business entity. Responsibilities: • Develop comprehensive hiring plans for each quarter and year. • Build and maintain an efficient Applicant Track System for managing potential candidates. • Utilize tools such as ADP Workforce Now and Careerbuilder to streamline recruitment processes. • Prepare recruitment-related documents, including job descriptions and interview questions, in collaboration with hiring managers. • Track key hiring metrics to evaluate and improve recruitment strategies. • Conduct thorough background checks and other necessary pre-employment screenings. • Organize and conduct interviews with potential candidates, ensuring a high level of communication throughout. • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, providing them with necessary training and resources. • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and formulate effective hiring strategies. • Handle about 10-15 phone screens a day, focusing on warm candidates.• The applicant must hold a minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter. • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required. • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is essential. • Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is necessary. • Experience with Careerbuilder is required. • Solid understanding of CRM is needed. • Familiarity with About Time software is a must. • Proficiency in Applicant Track System is essential. • Experience in conducting Background Checks is required. • Understanding of Benefit Functions is necessary. • Excellent Communication skills are essential.
