Tech company in Pasadena is seeking an experienced in-house Corporate Recruiter who will partner with hiring managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of our organization and deliver the best talent. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including but not limited to: overseeing personnel requisitions, creating and maintaining job descriptions, posting positions, sourcing and screening candidate resumes, interviewing candidates, acting as liaison between hiring managers and external recruiters, and extending and negotiating formal offers of employment.
This position requires a hands-on team player with excellent communication skills and a dynamic personality. This role will report to the Director of HR and Administration. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage Full Recruitment Lifecycle ? Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a global organization. ? Ownership of full cycle recruitment to include: approval and management of personnel requisitions, creating and maintaining job descriptions, posting and managing jobs, sourcing and screening candidate resumes, interviewing candidates, acting as liaison between hiring managers and external recruiters, extending formal offers of employment and conducting reference and background checks. ? In close collaboration with the Director of HR, drive the offer process, including extending and negotiating offers, and closing candidates, ? Deliver high-quality, timely recruiting results in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment by managing time and effort across hiring projects, ? Identify and attract the most experience in and diverse talent with creative innovative strategies to locate top talent in hard to fill positions.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers ? Effectively engage with Hiring Managers to understand the needed skills and requirements of their open requisitions and develop, implement, and execute a hiring strategy. Management of External Recruiters ? Manage relationships with external recruiters to include sourcing new recruiters as needed, negotiating contract terms, acting as liaison between external recruiters, hiring managers and candidates.
