OfficeTeam in Plano is partnering with our clients on a Recruiter position that will be available very soon! This position is ideal for candidates who are not currently working and can start a new opportunity as soon as next week. The pay being offered on this position is between $25/hr+ depending on experience. Description/Job Duties

  • Reach out to various agencies and maintain relationships with various vendors

  • All temporary labor will be processed through this candidate

  • Process requests in the order received and based off the urgency of needs

  • Act as a point of contact to influence candidate relationships

  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize

Requirements
What we are looking for:

  • Previous recruiting experience preferred

  • Software experience preferred: iCIMS, cloud dentistry, Microsoft Suite

  • Ability to prioritize based off of urgency with little-to-no direction

  • High attention to detail necessary

  • Highly professional and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

  • Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

This person will be responsible for influencing senior leaders ( VP and Directors) in effectively supporting behavior change within 2-3 client groups. The person in this role will possess strong organizational abilities; keen attention to detail; ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a very dynamic and often unpredictable environment; demonstrate high levels of executive confidentiality; be able to effectively lead change projects (including those with large scale/scope) and have strong project management skills. The ideal candidate will bring 5 or more years of corporate HR management experience, supporting exempt employee groups, within a very rapidly changing environment. They will have the ability to gain the confidence and influence senior leaders within the organization. They will have a developed competency around navigating HR analytics, and creating fact based presentations, with the intention to affect change. While strategic in nature and level of interaction, this role will also be responsible for tactical administrative responsibilities, for example extracting data and performing ad hoc reporting.
