This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a change management professional with substantial HR transformation and/or HR Business Partner experience to play a key role in our Talent Management transformation program as part of our Change Management team. This role will leverage their understanding of HR operations, policy, and standards to serve as a dedicated change management partner who is able to quickly design and execute change management deliverables (e.g. impact analysis, stakeholder management, change communications, process documentation, etc.) and serve as a trusted advisor for HR leaders and managers through sharing best practices for HR transformation.
The HR Transformation Consultant will work under the direction of Change Management Lead to support multiple facets of our transformation effort, including roll-out of new policy, process, and systems for HR and Recruiting functions. This role will partner closely with HR and Recruiting leaders to facilitate successful deployment, adoption, and sustainability of enterprise-wide transformation efforts. As part of a larger change management team, the HR Transformation Consultant will also work with the HR Change Management Specialist and Training team to execute a comprehensive change management strategy for the Talent Management transformation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Talent Management Transformation Planning Deployment (80%) ? Play pivotal role as part of the Change Management team developing and executing roll-out activities for the Talent Management transformation ? Collaborates with change management team to strategize, plan, and execute solutions in alignment with broader change program theme and scope ? Partners with other HR leaders, including Deployment Leads, to understand stakeholder requirements and business needs; ? Helps create and execute deployment plans, coordinates deployment activities and creates communications and other deliverables to support transformation adoption ? Create process documentation in order to clearly detail and communicate HR and Recruiting workflows which span outside and across technology solutions ? Partner with HR Leaders to develop process guidebooks, manuals, and other collateral to support adoption and sustainability of new policy, process, and systems. ? Serve as SME for HR policies, processes, systems to advise and support HR Leaders on best practices for implementing HR transformation efforts ? Work with Training team to inform development of training collateral such as recorded process walk-throughs, informational videos, and training guides ? Facilitate ideation workshops and meetings; capture workshop outputs ? Prepare updates and materials to inform and engage with Change Champion networks Quality, Metrics, Sustainability (20%) ? Put processes into place to measure user adoption rates and other CM KPIs ?
