This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a change management professional with substantial HR transformation and/or HR Business Partner experience to play a key role in our Talent Management transformation program as part of our Change Management team. This role will leverage their understanding of HR operations, policy, and standards to serve as a dedicated change management partner who is able to quickly design and execute change management deliverables (e.g. impact analysis, stakeholder management, change communications, process documentation, etc.) and serve as a trusted advisor for HR leaders and managers through sharing best practices for HR transformation.

The HR Transformation Consultant will work under the direction of Change Management Lead to support multiple facets of our transformation effort, including roll-out of new policy, process, and systems for HR and Recruiting functions. This role will partner closely with HR and Recruiting leaders to facilitate successful deployment, adoption, and sustainability of enterprise-wide transformation efforts. As part of a larger change management team, the HR Transformation Consultant will also work with the HR Change Management Specialist and Training team to execute a comprehensive change management strategy for the Talent Management transformation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Talent Management Transformation Planning Deployment (80%) ? Play pivotal role as part of the Change Management team developing and executing roll-out activities for the Talent Management transformation ? Collaborates with change management team to strategize, plan, and execute solutions in alignment with broader change program theme and scope ? Partners with other HR leaders, including Deployment Leads, to understand stakeholder requirements and business needs; ? Helps create and execute deployment plans, coordinates deployment activities and creates communications and other deliverables to support transformation adoption ? Create process documentation in order to clearly detail and communicate HR and Recruiting workflows which span outside and across technology solutions ? Partner with HR Leaders to develop process guidebooks, manuals, and other collateral to support adoption and sustainability of new policy, process, and systems. ? Serve as SME for HR policies, processes, systems to advise and support HR Leaders on best practices for implementing HR transformation efforts ? Work with Training team to inform development of training collateral such as recorded process walk-throughs, informational videos, and training guides ? Facilitate ideation workshops and meetings; capture workshop outputs ? Prepare updates and materials to inform and engage with Change Champion networks Quality, Metrics, Sustainability (20%) ? Put processes into place to measure user adoption rates and other CM KPIs ? Support Service Delivery function as needed pre and post go-live to ensure newly developed organizational knowledge is appropriately documented and made available for publishing in HR self-service platform Please send resumes to or ?

This hands-on role, provides day to day HR support for our home office facility, Direct Store Delivery team, as well as field based Peetniks. Responsibilities New Employee Onboarding * Manages home office new employee onboarding process: * Responsible for sending new hire gifts to new employees * Partners with IT to ensure that employees are set up in Peet's systems * Coordinates Employee's First Day * Writes new employee welcome announcements * Manages all items related to New Employee Orientation this includes scheduling guest speakers, coordinating logistics for event, as well as meeting facilitation * Communicate with new employees on any logistics and paperwork assistance they need Employee Communications * Develop and edit communications, including designing and formatting unique messages, for various stakeholders throughout the business. * Work cross-functionally with various departments to determine how collaboration and joint-projects can better meet communication goals. * Manage Peet's intranet to ensure that content is consistent, relevant and engaging across multiple channels/departments. * Prioritize projects and manage timelines/deadlines of multiple teams and clients Recruiting Programs & Processes * Conducts background checks for current and potential employees * Creates candidate offer letters and tracks all responses * Coordinates and updates recruitment advertising for including online postings & print ads * Posts jobs to company ATS system * Processes and tracks employee referral bonuses and coordinates ERP quarterly contest * Manage full cycle recruiting of customer service, wholesale and other business channels for Home Office * Manage onboarding of all contingent workers for Home Office HR Program & Processes * Coordinates monthly anniversary gift program * Manage employee "Cheers" recognition program * Assist with Exit Interviews as necessary * Process all HR related Invoices * Tracks and records budget for HR department Additional Duties * Assists Sr. HR Manager with employee relations for home office and field based employees as needed * Responding to employee needs swiftly, while providing accurate information, support and guidance * Manage analysis and present quarterly turnover information * Coordinates Department meetings & offsite events as needed * Daily Back-up receptionist duty * Works closely with Home Office Facilities team on employee space planning and office moves * Lead the development and execution of special internal events Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required, preferably in, Human Resources * 2-3 + years previous HR experience * Creative problem solver who is resourceful and dedicated to seeing projects through to their successful completion. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, as well as set targets. * Strong verbal communication skills including comfort presenting information to teams and speaking publicly. * Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and follow-through * Excellent writing skills is a must * Impeccable office etiquette and a professional approach with internal and external partners. * Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail. * Must have expertise in key Microsoft Office programs, such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
