Take ownership of your career and come and join the Americas HR Operations (HRO) team for a 6-month fixed term contract based in either our Jacksonville, New York or Houston office, where you will be part of a small team responsible for managing HR operations and projects across the region.
The HR Operations Manager is a key role in the team, reporting the Americas HR Operations Lead. You will work across all business groups in the Americas, building and managing relationships with key internal stakeholders and external parties including the HRO Global Operations teams, senior business stakeholders and vendors in the region.
You will ensure effective provision of HR operational services in all locations in the region to support the end-to-end employment life cycle, evaluate process efficiencies and consider alternate work procedures to improve service delivery and the employee experience. You will manage and support the delivery and implementation of projects across a range of focus areas including statutory change, expansion into new and existing locations, and HR/HRO initiatives. Where necessary, you will manage the implementation of HR operational aspects of corporate reorganizations, acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures.
You will be a resourceful self-starter who has strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills and is able to gather information from and leverage a variety of sources. You will be able to work as part of a team and independently, whilst managing competing priorities with a high degree of organization and self-direction.In addition, you will also have the confidence to think differently and be open to learning in a fast paced and changing environment.
