Job Summary
The HR Operations Lead will globally lead all HR annual and quarterly processes, manage people data and ensure issues are resolved.
Core Duties
Leads process execution of annual HR business processes including but not limited to Talent, Compensation, Bonus, and Surveys in Workday
Provides data reporting and analysis.
Ensures compliance with any global reporting requirements.
Responsible for onboarding and offboarding is coordination between People and Culture (P&C) functions and key stakeholders.
Systems administration and data audit and maintenance for Workday
Complete administrative tasks within Workday. This includes task reassignment, business process corrections, the creation and maintenance of scheduled reports and ad-hoc requests such as document management and updating announcements.
Management of "tickets" created in P&C Mailbox
Project manage key HR initiatives.
Liaison for other business functions (Finance/Audit) for reporting needs and processes
Create and upload EIB templates in Workday for various business processes.
Manages mass data changes/imports/exports in Workday.
Creates and delivers HR process/Workday training as needed.
Manages benefits processes/administration.
Manages foreign talent assignments and VISA application process.
Leads the update to any P&C policies, templates.
Manage external market compensation analysis.
Strong member of HR technology community to understand and implement best practices and key HR trends
Management of Leadership Buddy Program
Basic Qulifications
A bachelor's degree in Human Resource or Business degree
At least 5 years HR Operations experience in a similar role
Workday and super user experience
Effective oral and written communication skills
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
Excellent interpersonal skills
Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment
