Overview

The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for report development and management. This includes creation, administration and management of dashboards, scorecards and report outs. Performs data integrity analysis and data governance activities ensuring our data is accurate and clean for reporting. Provides support for benefits and compensation administration, as well as the HRIS system support for those functions. Primary Learning Management System administrator handling Tier 2 and escalated service and support for our Learning and Development function. In this role you must have a strong attention to detail with a high level of analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the development and ongoing maintenance of reports for our HR partners and the organization.

  • Manages the standardization and consistency of reporting with a defined data governance structure

  • Develops and supports a data governance process to ensure our data is consistent, accurate and up to date.

  • Performs and manages analysis that supports data, metrics and reports from our HRIS systems.

  • Provides administrative support for benefits and compensation.

  • Responsible for the HRIS support of the benefits and compensation functions including setup, administration and maintenance of the systems.

  • Primary Learning Management Systems (TLC) administrator which will handle all Tier 2 and escalated system and support questions and troubleshooting.

  • Helps support projects within the HR team with being the data and reporting SME.

  • Develop, enable and train individuals on reporting for those self-service capabilities.

  • Strive for Operational Excellence, recommends HR efficiency efforts and continually looking for ways to improve, enhance and streamline HR processes

  • Collaborates with leaders, peers, co-workers and employees positively to ensure we are building a great employee experience

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or accounting preferred; experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

  • 4+ years related experience in human resources function

  • 4+ years experience with data and analytic reporting writing

  • Experience with UKG and iCims preferred

  • Proficient in the use of Business Intelligence reporting platforms including PowerBI

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required

  • Advance Excel skills such as use of pivot tables, vlookup, count and other formulas required

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at one time under deadlines

  • High degree of technical aptitude and problem solving skills

  • Demonstrated competency to prepare accurate and concise reports, dashboard and scorecards

  • Proven commitment to confidentiality, extreme discretion and high professional ethical standards

  • Ability to assess and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and workflows

Below is the starting salary range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience.

$79,800 - $111,720
