Responsibilities:

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans, including coordinating open enrollments, changes and assisting with payroll processing

  • Conduct employee onboard orientation, organize and support training and talent development initiatives

  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics, such as leaves, overtime and compensation and any issues that may arise

  • Promote HR initiatives to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace

  • Assist in the development, improvement and implementation of human resource policies in compliance with local labor law

  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

  • Enhance employee satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally

  • Conduct exit interviews and recommend improvement action if necessary

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years experience as an HR Generalist, 5 years experience preferred

  • Deep understanding of labor law and good sense of compliance

  • Comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines

  • Capability in G-Suite, MS Office and HR related software

  • Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills

  • Strong critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a dedicated team player
