HR Management (75%)

  • HR Business Partner overseeing the effective interpretation of HR policies, strategies, procedures and methods of administration and recommending appropriate courses of action to management.

  • Provide counsel to leaders on a variety of HR and business related issues on both strategic and tactical levels.

  • Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on employee-related and organizational matters, serving as an employee advocate and as a coach to employees and leaders.

  • Lead key HR processes for assigned organizations, including staffing, organizational design, leadership development, salary planning, performance management and employee relations.

  • Lead identification, selection and retention of talent. Develop and execute plans for talent acquisition, development and succession planning.

  • Ensure human resource compliance and ensure standardization and consistency of human resource practices and policies.

Special Projects and Analytics (25%)

  • Participate as a member of the Global HR team on various projects within and outside of designated region/client group

  • Represent location and/or Sensitech HR in inter-departmental and cross-functional projects

  • Conduct and provide input into analyses, HR metrics reporting, data requests



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business- or HR-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5+ years' experience in professional Human Resources roles

  • Knowledge of HR environment and related employment and labor regulations in the United States

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office

  • Successful experience working with a diverse group of people and cultures

  • Experience working at manufacturing/distribution site, preferred


  • PHR or SPHR a plus


  • Workday experience


  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment

  • Must be a self-starter and possess strong leadership, organizational, facilitation, and teamwork skills

  • Bi-/multi-lingual a plus

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with our Company Values and Code of Ethics


  • Work is performed without direction; participates in determining objectives of assignment; plans, schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives; work is reviewed for adequacy in meeting objectives
