HR Manager

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources, driving a high-performance culture and fostering an exceptional employee experience. This role is both strategic and hands-on, responsible for managing key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development.

This role is hybrid. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure a seamless hiring process. Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to enhance new hire integration. Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, providing guidance on HR policies and best practices.

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with company values. Manage conflict resolution, investigations, and performance improvement initiatives. Performance Management & Professional Development Lead performance evaluation processes, providing tools and coaching for managers and employees.

Develop and implement training programs to support leadership development and employee growth. HR Operations Drive HR initiatives that support business objectives, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Manage HR systems, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Leverage data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and measure HR impact. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) required. 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong generalist background.

Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a PLUS Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and best practices. Experience managing HR systems and tools to drive efficiency.
