Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to lead our human resources department and drive our people strategy. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent management practices, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
You will be responsible for developing HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals, managing recruitment efforts, overseeing employee relations, and implementing training and development programs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Oversee employee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback. Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
Advise and support management on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance concerns. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards. Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred). 2 years of experience in human resources management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to HR challenges.
