The Human Resources Manager (note: level of role will vary depending on experience) will provide leadership and HR generalist support for the PFNA Organization by supporting the Pulaski, Tennessee manufacturing facility. Accountabilities include: Lead and fully execute key initiatives that support FLNA strategies Guide leaders and employees regarding Company policies, values, HR programs (benefits, pay and salary) administration and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner Must accurately diagnose organization issues, develop solutions, and implement action plans Must ensure activities follow all state and federal employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO and FLSA) Lead and coach leadership in performance management and developing effective pipeline and succession plans Ability to understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective Design and execute staffing strategies for exempt/non-exempt hiring needs Must have ability to think and work independently, take initiative, and make the right tradeoff decisions as it relates to projects or HR processes Develop and execute team strategies to improve Organizational Health and culture Lead and participate in team Diversity & Inclusion initiatives Must be a confident communicator, (including both written and verbal skills) and must be able to effectively present to all levels of the organization Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; major in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, psychology, or another related field preferred Master's Degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or Human Resources Management preferred Work Experience:

A minimum of 6 years of prior Human Resources Generalist experience Experience practicing HR in a manufacturing and sales environment is preferred Skills & Capabilities: Understanding of, and some experience with, most or all of the core aspects of Human Resource Management (staffing; employee relations; labor relations; performance management; leadership development; training) Previous talent management and succession planning experience preferred Proven ability to influence decision making Courage to make tough decisions and deliver difficult messages with professionalism and poise Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations Strong expertise in developing solutions based upon facts/data analytics Must possess consultative style and approach with proven ability to develop credible relationships with business partners Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present his/her point of view in varied business situations Strong skills in PowerPoint/Excel/Word Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location. This director is a member of the Nursing Administration Team and reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer. <br><br> She must be able to work collaboratively with all members of the administrative and health care team and must be able to effectively lead others. This director is responsible for providing clinical and operational oversight to the unit she manages and is responsible for ensuring the standards of care are met for the patients served. She is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and that staffing goals are met in the units managed. <br><br> This director is responsible for the coordination of patient care, performance improvement and clinical operations of the unit. The OB Director is a working manager and may provide direct or indirect patient care within the hospital.</p><p>Reports to: CNO</p><p>FLSA: Exempt</p><p>Minimum Education</p><p>Must possess an active RN license in the state of TN or hold a compact state RN license with the intent to obtain a TN license within 30 days of hire.</p><p>Required Skills</p><p>Must have current BLS/CPR</p><p>NRP certification within 6 months of hire</p><p>Basic and advanced fetal monitoring classes within 1 year of hire</p><p>STABLE class within 1 year of hire</p><p>Must possess strong computer skills and have the ability to work with multiple computer systems</p><p>Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English</p><p>Must be able to operate standard patient care equipment for services provided</p><p>Must possess the ability to work well under pressure, to adapt quickly in changing situations, to function dependently and independently and to be flexible in applying basic nursing knowledge to a variety of settings.</p><p>Minimum Work Experience</p><p>Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in the care of OB patients and newborns. Previous management, leadership, or house supervision is preferred.</p><p>Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical,</p><p>administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.</p><p>Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.</p><p>Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development and training, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.</p><p>Monitors and helps develop departmental budget, ensures regulatory compliance, and maintains vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.</p><p>Provides clinical guidance and oversight to the patient care delivered. Coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments. May provide patient care when necessary.</p><p>Ensures the patient care delivered follows nursing standards of care in a manner that promotes positive outcomes, avoids harms to patients and promotes health and healing.</p><p>Collaborates with physicians and other health care professionals to provide care to the patients.</p><br> Lifepoint Hospitals Pulaski TN
