Responsibilities
The Human Resources Manager will provide leadership and functional HR support for the Ohio market, specifically supporting the Elyria, Wadsworth, and Toledo locations. The role will support around 500 union and non-union employees across our sales, warehouse, delivery, and manufacturing operations.
As HR Manager for PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA), you will play a pivotal role in supporting HR strategies aligned with business goals, collaborating with business leaders to drive successful outcomes for both the business and its people.

Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting the actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off is subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sickness, and bereavement.
