The HR Manager will lead all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employment engagement, compliance, organizational development, performance management, and payroll & benefit administration.

Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies. Handles the full recruitment cycle from job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
Onboarding: Ensures all new hires are fully engaged from day one. That they feel welcomed, understand all HR policies, company culture and mission. Employee Relations & Engagement:
Promote excellent employee relationships and engagement through HR policies, conflict resolution, and career development. Head the Employee Event Committee. Performance Management:
Manage the annual review process, including researching current pay/benefit trends, training records, attendance records, and career development. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Employment Records: Maintains all confidential employee records. Payroll Processing:
Handles bi-weekly payroll through current payroll software Paylocity. Benefit Administration: Medical, dental, life insurance and 401k administration.
Support all employees with integrity, accountability and open communication. Qualification Requirements: 5-10 years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred or a combination of relevant experience and education is a plus.
Proficient in HR software and tools ( such as ADP, Paylocity, Paycor, JobBoss). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and timely prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, follow-through, interpersonal, communication, and team building skills.
High degree of professionalism and strong work ethic. Excellent verbal and written skills. Proficient with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
Must be able to maneuver throughout the manufacturing facility. May climb steps or crouch. Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or tough keyboards or controls.
Must be able to climb, stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders or below the waist. Visual abilities to include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Perform sedentary work with significant computer exposure.
Manufacturing and office environment daily, which can result in exposure of varying temperatures. Use of personal protection equipment (PPE), such as hearing protection, eye protection, and steel toed shoes.
