What You'll Do

As our HR Manager, you'll be the heart and soul of our workforce, ensuring that our team is motivated, empowered, and ready to tackle every challenge. You'll:

• Lead Talent Acquisition: Find and attract top talent who share our passion for excellence.

What Makes You a Rockstar

You're not just a people person-you're a people champion. We're looking for someone who brings:

• A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; OR
• 5+ years of HR management experience (bonus points for experience in construction or trade industries).
• A deep understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Tech-savviness with HRIS systems.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification (or the drive to earn one).
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
