We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our fast-paced manufacturing facility. This is a permanent role that offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals in a thriving industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record in recruiting, payroll, human relations, performance management, HR policies, and training & development.

Responsibilities: As our HR Manager, your primary role will be to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our company's objectives. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 1. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives in line with the organization's overall strategy. 2.

Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. 3. Managing the recruitment and selection process to ensure our company attracts, retains, and motivates the best talent. 4. Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. 5.

Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the company. 6. Nurturing a positive working environment by building strong human relations. 7. Overseeing and managing payroll functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness. 8.

Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. 9. Developing, revising, and recommending HR policies and procedures. 10. Conducting training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1. A minimum of 5 years of proven working experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry. 2. People-oriented and results-driven approach. 3.

Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and ability to use data for decision making. 4. Knowledge of HR systems and databases, and proficiency in MS Office. 5. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. 6.

Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. 7. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. 8. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Masters or relevant certification will be a plus.
