HR Manager

ITAC Solutions is in search of an HR Manager based in the Tuscaloosa, AL region. Strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and processes are essential for this role.

Relocation Assistance is available Benefits and Extras: Medical, Dental, Vision, Bonus, Profit Sharing, and more Compensation: $75k-$120k/yr DOE What you’ll be doing: Manage the day-to-day delivery of human resources services to all employees, ensure effective support across various HR functions.

Act as a mediator to resolve issues between employees and managers, foster a harmonious work environment. Collaborate closely with the Leadership Team to formulate and implement comprehensive HR strategies, plans, and processes aligned with organizational goals. Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensure fairness and compliance.

Play a key role in executing employee recruiting strategies and facilitate seamless onboarding processes. What you’ll need to be considered: Minimum of 4-5 years of professional HR leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry-specific HR practices and regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to effectively manage and analyze HR data. Strong problem-solving skills combined with meticulous attention to detail, enabling proactive identification and resolution of HR-related challenges. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
