The Human Resources Manager will serve as a strategic partner, aligning HR functions with our manufacturing business objectives. This role requires a focus on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and collaboration with business leaders across multiple facilities.This is an onsite role south of Farmington.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and guidance to business leaders on organizational and personnel matters.
- Ensure consistent communication and implementation of HR policies throughout the organization.
- Oversee communication to employees regarding organizational changes, benefits, compensation, and policies.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the direction and administration of the organization's benefits and compensation programs.
- Conduct or support employee relations and compliance investigations.
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements, labor laws, and company policies.
- Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by partnering with HRBPs and hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Support the implementation of talent development initiatives.
- Assess organizational needs and partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives accordingly.
- Develop and implement HR plans and programs.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Expertise in HR with multiple years in leadership.
- HR experience in a manufacturing setting is required.
- Master’s degree and professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
