HR Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts and managing disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Manage performance management processes
- Develop and implement training and development programs
- Maintain employee records and HR systems
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes and procedures
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related issues
HR Department (specifically):
- Oversees the daily workflow of the HR Department
- Recruiting (Office Personnel)
- Interview (Office Personnel)
- Hire (Office Personnel)
- Onboarding
- Train
- Discipline
- Performance Evaluations
- Termination
- Any other HR related functions that are needed within the department
Overall Business:
Manages and oversees the following components of the business
Talent Acquisition Process
- Recruiting of office personnel
- Hiring & Onboarding
- Terminations (Voluntary & Involuntary)
- Any required compliance reporting
- Job Descriptions
