Responsibilities & Duties.
Manage and streamline employee lifecycle processes including, but not limited to, onboarding and offboarding.
Be a champion of HR process change. Analyze processes, data and trends to make recommendations to management team for continuous improvement
Lead and/or actively participate in HR projects, aligned to key identified HR priorities
Serve as a strong partner to our Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development team
Develop workflows to ensure all requirements are completed timely and accreditation personnel documents are maintained and remain compliant
Manage and provide guidance to HR Generalist & HR Coordinator
Implement HR metrics for systematic analysis of workforce demands & retention rates such as time to hire, cost per hire, turnover rates, etc.
Consult with department managers and review/ update and maintain job descriptions
Helps to lead, communicates and manage the roll-out and implementation of all HR programs, initiatives, policies, protocols and tools including but not limited to change management, compliance, performance management
Conduct regular meetings with respective business departments to provide consultative services for increase organizational effectiveness providing HR guidance when appropriate. Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
Ensure policies remain up to date and are compliant with all federal, state, and local laws/ordinances.
Conduct regular meetings with Talent team to address any concerns in relation to onboarding/off boarding.
Fully utilize HR system to produce, analyze and report on metrics that are critical to the department and help inform overall business decisions.
Manage HR training materials through LMS.
Partner with T&D Manager help develop enhancements on NHO, Leadership Training and any other training resources.
Provide coaching to managers and help employee development after performance management
