HR Manager

We're hiring a HR Manager in Williston, VT! This position would be great for someone who can build strong relationships with all employees, is proactive, has a positive outlook and is thorough and detailed. The HR Manager will perform HR duties for hourly and salaried associates related to hiring, benefits, and health and safety support.

The HR Manager will be responsible for:

• Performing full-cycle HR- recruitment, hiring, new hire orientations and separations

• Understanding and communicating AstenJohnson's benefit programs, policies and the compliance of both to all levels of employees

• Employee relations management

• Providing instruction and assistance with Development, Performance Reviews and Succession plans

• Responsible for the coordination of training activities

• Maintaining employee personnel and medical files

• Ensuring compliance with legislation & regulatory statutes

• Processing and running the payroll for all hourly associates at the site

• Maintaining records for applicable reimbursement of safety shoes, glasses, health promotions, etc.

• Administration of all WC, FMLA and disability claims

• Coordinating events for business, employee engagement and other purposes

Education/Experience/Certification

• 5+ years of HR experience; Degree in relevant field a plus

• PHR or SHRM certification a plus

• Manufacturing experience a plus

• Knowledge and experience with HCM systems, particularly Ceridian Dayforce, highly desirable
