HR Manager

An automotive parts manufacturing company in near the LaSalle, IL area is searching for a Human Resources Manager. You will be responsible for administration of employee policies & programs.

You will oversee onboarding, discipline, daily workflow, etc. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation.

Responsibilities: Maintain safe, healthy work environment by adhering to the appropriate employee company policies Coordinate with company leadership to implement effective recruiting strategies Supervise and/or administer proper safety training for new and current employees Provide support to employee benefits duties, such as communicating with insurance carriers Complete payroll and receive feedback on employee wage/benefits performance Catalog and review all important documentation regarding company policies, regulations, etc. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience 3 to 5 years in a Human Resources Management role preferred Strong understanding of state/federal regulations related to HR Strong communication & organizational skills Direct applicants only.
