As a member of our Human Resources Team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our global learning and development (L&D) approach. You'll wear many hats, working collaboratively with the HR team and global leadership to create and implement engaging L&D programs. Initially, your focus will be on two key areas:
Talent Strategy & Knowledge management: For example, You'll be instrumental in designing and implementing a comprehensive skills matrix for our global workforce. This will involve identifying critical skills for each role, developing assessment methods, and creating learning plans and prioritizing resources to close skill gaps with an overall goal of developing our employees to match their career goals and our long term talent needs.
Instructional Design: For example, You'll work closely with stakeholders to refine and iterate on our onboarding process that fosters a sense of belonging, equips new hires with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed, provides understanding of our Culture and Values, and accelerates integration into OnLogic. We're committed to providing a seamless and enriching onboarding experience for all new hires.
The members of our Human Resources team play a vital role in helping us build on the productive, welcoming and collaborative atmosphere here at OnLogic. By finding, interviewing and helping select who joins our growing team, our HR team is incredible at finding the right fit for a given role. They also help us all stay informed, healthy and, of course, paid. "Human Resources" feels too old fashioned to describe what this team does, they're truly responsible for "Employee Success" and help build the entire "People Experience" here at OnLogic.
