Looking for a creative, strategic HR Leader with direct experience in succession planning, organizational design and workforce retention.
7 years HR management experience with a minimum of 4 years at a Senior Manager or Director level
Recent experience with an employee population in the 400 to 650 range
Extensive experience in employee relations, recruitment and retention, performance management, and HRIS management.
This person needs to roll up their sleeves as role is 70% strategic - 30% tactical
Available for overnight travel throughout the State of Florida. Second quarter involves heavier travel. Once that settles, it may be traveling to a location once a month for a couple of days.
Skilled problem solver; excels at prioritization; skilled at execution/tactics.
Bachelors degree in HR or related field; Human Resources designation(s) are desired.
